=Terms=

I will not draw:

⦁   Adult Content: Nudity showing visible genitalia, or pornographic content.

⦁   Extreme fetish art. (Inflation, vore, hyper, etc.)

⦁   Suggestive artwork containing minors or minor-coded characters.

⦁   Content intended to offend, attack, or demean individuals or groups.

⦁   Real-life people without consent.

I can draw:

⦁   Suggestive content. (Revealing outfits, mildly provocative poses, etc. Nothing too excessive)

⦁   Humans, fantasy/monster races, and most things bipedal.

⦁   Characters of various body types. (Muscular, thin, curvy, plus-sized; as long as they’re not too extreme)

⦁   Moderate violence and gore.

⦁   OCs, fanart, and my own OCs (as long as I approve of the subject matter).

Use & Sharing

⦁   As the artist I am allowed to share, use, post, or manipulate the commissioned artwork as I see fit. For private commissions I will not share the artwork outside of client-approved parties (as long as privacy was paid for)

⦁   I am not required to share the commission artwork anywhere, nor am I required to reference the client’s name in relation to the artwork.

⦁   The client can not use the commissioned art for commercial purposes.

⦁   The client can share, post, and use the artwork for personal promotion (i.e: internet avatars, banners, etc.) as long as I receive proper credit.

⦁   The client can not convert the commissioned art into non-fungible tokens.

⦁   The client can not remove or replace my signature or watermark as seen on the commissioned artwork.

Refund & Cancellation

⦁   In the case a refund is requested and approved (the conditions of which will be outlined below), work on the commission will cease and the client will not receive any further material relating to the commission.

⦁   If I decide that I cannot complete your commission, I will offer the client a refund.

⦁   I will accept early refunds if they’re requested before work has started on the commission.

⦁   Alternative deadlines set by the client must be requested before payment, any deadlines set after payment will not be enforced.

⦁   All refund offers may be declined by the client.
